Mistletoe for Cancer UK is organising an education day on Integrated Cancer Care with Mistletoe Therapy on Saturday, March 3.

The day will be led by Dr Maurice Orange of the Wegmann Clinic and Dr Stefan Geider of the Camphill Medical Practice.

The aim of the day is to inform healthcare professionals about current practices in Mistletoe Therapy and to answer questions from the professionals. This education day is suitable for healthcare students and professionals - including doctors, nurses and pharmacists.

Taking place at Camphill Medical Practice on Murtle Campus in the Bieldside area of Aberdeen, the education day starts at 10.30 am running until 4pm.

The day will include:

• An update on current evidence and planned research
• Case study presentations (some with patients)
• Practical session covering treatment planning, patient management, prescribing and administration methods.

The day is sponsored Mistletoe for Cancer UK. Donations towards costs of around £20 per participant would be appreciated.
