The main purpose of CAHSC is to help protect the
public who use the services of anthroposophic health and social
care professionals, by registering and promoting good practice.
Protecting the public
- assures the public that registrants are competent and safe in
their professional practice
- provides a way for concerns about registrants fitness to
practise to be addressed
- enables choice of access to anthroposophic health and social
care professionals
- provides an appropriate and identifiable body with which other
regulators and goverment agencies can engage
Promoting good practice
- enhances professional credibility by showing standards meet
codes of good practice
- enables public access to services through an on-line search
