Social Care / Camphill

Camphill

The Camphill movement was started in 1939 by Karl Konig in Aberdeen, Scotland.

Camphill communities follow Steiner's anthroposophic approach to care of children and adults and can be found in 23 countries worldwide.  The aim of Camphill is to create positive environments where individuals with learning, physical or emotional difficulties can flourish.
